Dr. Timna has been with Audiology and Hearing Aid Services since 1992 and is currently the director of the department. She is a native of Savannah and a graduate of Savannah Country Day School. Dr. Timna completed both her undergraduate degree and Masters Degree in Audiology at the University of Georgia. She received her Doctorate in Audiology through the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is specially trained in the areas of tinnitus management. Dr. Timna heads up our Skidaway Island office and you will also see her at our main office. Dr. Timna is accredited with the Georgia State Board of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her clinical competency in Audiology. 

Katherine Neufeld, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Katherine Neufeld is a native of Richmond, VA. She completed both her Undergraduate Degree and Masters Degree in Audiology at The Ohio State University. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Prior to joining AHAS, Dr. Neufeld worked at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in California. Dr. Neufeld had been with Audiology and Hearing Aid Services since 2005. Dr. Neufeld works in the main office. Dr. Neufeld is accredited with the Georgia State Board of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her clinical competency in Audiology.

Dr. Palmer is a native of Tifton, Georgia. Dr. Palmer joined Audiology and Hearing Aid Services in 2008. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Georgia. She received her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Louisville. Prior to joining the team at AHAS, Dr. Palmer worked at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Palmer heads up our Pooler office but also works in our main office. Dr. Palmer is accredited with the Georgia State Board of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her clinical competency in Audiology.

Dr. Allen is a native of Savannah, GA. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders at the University of Georgia. She received her Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee. She has been working at AHAS since the summer of 2015 and joined our staff full-time after receiving her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Allen heads up our Statesboro office but also works in our Pooler and Main offices. Dr. Allen is accredited with the Georgia State Board of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her clinical competency in Audiology.

Dr. King is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders at California University of Pennsylvania. Dr. King joined AHAS in the Summer of 2018, completing her residency year. She recently received her Doctorate degree in Audiology from West Virginia University. Dr. King works in our Skidaway and Main office. Dr. King is accredited with the Georgia State Board of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her clinical competency in Audiology.

Dr. Laws is a native of Swansboro, NC.  She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at East Carolina University.  She recently received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  Dr. Laws is accredited with the Georgia State Board of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her clinical competency in Audiology.  Dr. Laws enjoys spending her weekends with her Bernese Mountain dog, Delaney.

Heather Davis is a native of Ava, Missouri and moved to Savannah in 2004 to be closer to her family. Heather joined the staff Audiology and Hearing Aid Services in 2014 and now serves as our Office Manager. She works primarily at the Main office, but you will occasionally see her in Pooler. She is a mom to two kiddos, Aaron and Alexis, and loves going to the beach on her free time.

Kenyada Bell

Kenyada Bell is a native of Augusta, GA; however, she has considered Savannah home since she moved here about five years ago. Kenyada joined the AHAS team in the Summer of 2019 as a patient care coordinator but is now working as one of our hearing aid technician. You will typically see Kenyada at our Skidaway Island location, but you may also run into her at our Main or Pooler offices. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Charlie. Kenyada is currently working towards her bachelors degree in the health care field, with hopes to one day be a Psychologist. 

Ashley Konesko

Ashley is a native of Junction City, Kansas and moved to Savannah in 2016 when her husband, Matthew, was stationed at Hunter Army Airfield. Ashley currently has her Bachelors in Social Work with a specialty in Gerontology. Ashley started working at AHAS in August of 2019 and now serves as one of our hearing aid technicians. She works at the main office and in Pooler. She is a mom to one son, Elijah, and two fur babies, Champ and Norman.
 

Gina Batiste

Gina Batiste is a native of Austintown, Ohio she moved to Savannah in 2017. Her & her family settled here to be closer to extended family when her husband, Tony, neared retirement. Tony retired from the Army in 2019. Together they have two young adult daughters, Ana & Kaden & four fur babies. Gina is also an Army veteran with a Boots to Business Certification, is a published poet & has studied nursing, social work & psychology. She is family oriented, dedicated to helping others and has a very diverse background. Outside of Audiology & Hearing Aid Services you may see her in the community with family or caring for animals & seniors. You will primarily see her in our Skidaway Island office and occasionally in both our Pooler & Savannah locations as well serving as a Patient Care Coordinator.

Joi is a Southern Indiana native and completed her Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2017. Joi is currently completing her Doctor of Audiology degree at Ball State University & started at AHAS as our AuD Extern. In her free time she enjoys blogging and exploring the city!"
