Happy first day of summer! Today is the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. Now that it is officialyl summer, that means the temperature is sure to rise in the coming weeks. Your hearing aids and their batteries are susceptible to rising summer heat!
Review of a few helpful summertime tips!
-Don't leave your hearing aids in the car
-Don't leave packs of batteries in the car; the heat can cause the stickers to come loose and affect the battery life
-Don't go swimming in your hearing aids
-Open the battery door fully to allow air to circulate whenever you are not using your hearing aids, especially at night or for longer periods of time, and always put your hearing aids in the HA Saver at night!
